Welcome to Titan Transfer, operated under Titan Group BV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including bookings, website, mobile app, and communication channels. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

"Service": Includes all transportation services offered by Titan Transfer.
"User": Refers to any individual or entity using Titan Transfer's services.
"Agreement": Refers to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable documents.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1. Booking Requirements

Bookings can be made via our website, mobile app, WhatsApp (+32495914004), or email (info@titantransfers.be).
Users must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, and times.

3.2. Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Titan Transfer.

3.3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

3.4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings (e.g., time, location) must be requested at least 2 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Pricing

Prices are calculated based on the service type, distance, and time. Details are provided at the time of booking.
All services include 10 km/hour free with hourly bookings.
Additional kilometers are charged per the selected service class:
- E-class: €2.5/km.
- S-class: €3.5/km.
- V-class: €3/km.

4.2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, as specified in the booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other methods provided on our website.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

4.3. Currency

All payments must be made in Euros (€).

5. User Responsibilities

5.1. Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate information during booking. Titan Transfer is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

5.2. Conduct

Users must conduct themselves respectfully with our drivers and staff. Misconduct, abuse, or illegal behavior may result in service termination and/or legal action.

5.3. Luggage

Users are responsible for ensuring their luggage complies with the vehicle’s capacity:
- E-class: 3 suitcases.
- S-class: 3 suitcases.
- V-class: 6 suitcases.
Titan Transfer is not liable for damage to or loss of luggage.

6. Driver Responsibilities

All drivers employed by Titan Transfer are professionally trained and committed to providing exceptional service.
Drivers will arrive on time, except in cases of unavoidable delays (e.g., traffic, weather).
Drivers will assist with luggage handling.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. Service Delays

Titan Transfer is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or road closures.

7.2. Personal Belongings

Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Titan Transfer is not liable for lost or damaged items.

7.3. Force Majeure

Titan Transfer is not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, app, and communications, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Titan Transfer and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

Titan Transfer reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at its discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
